The transmission infrastructure in the United States has seen minimal investment over the past 30 years. Aging infrastructure combined with increasing electricity demand has placed a significant burden on the system which has created an immediate need.

AltEnergy is working with companies which are developing transmission projects that address those needs and also "smart grid" companies who are introducing new technology products and services which make the existing grid, generators and electric users more efficient.
